Business Development Director - Texas/Colorado

Responsibilities
Design and implement sales strategies to ensure the company meets its revenue objectives by growing new accounts
Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about our service model and our solutions for their business
Research prospective clients to identify the right stakeholders to sell to
Independently and collaboratively strategize for solving deal-level challenges
Increase sales volume and deal size
Regularly update the sales technology with the latest client information and intelligence for account planning purposes
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging to clients and help them gather voice of the customer information where needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Demonstrated experience in closing large strategic accounts within the infusion space
5+ years of proven track record in sales/business development within biotech/pharma
Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contracts
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients
Displays high integrity and character
