Associate Sales Director Integrative Media
The Dermatology Digest is a rapidly growing media platform in dermatology, and they are seeking an Associate Sales Director of Integrated Media. This role involves managing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and selling integrated educational programs in collaboration with pharmaceutical marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Build new and manage senior-level accounts with dermatology pharmaceutical marketing, brand, and agency partners
Proactively identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities within existing and new pharma accounts
Pitch and sell custom educational media programs, including award-winning print features and supplements, video series, case-based programs, and interviews, digital and live roundtables, conference coverage and live educational events, Integrated campaigns across TDD and JDNPPA platforms
Collaborate closely with publisher, editorial, video, and production teams to execute programs
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience in healthcare media sales
Proven ability to manage accounts and contribute to revenue growth
Experience selling print, digital, custom, integrated media or medical education programs
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical brand and agency landscape
Confident, strategic presenter with strong communication skills
Self-directed, relationship-driven, and comfortable in a fast-growing organization
Preferred
Dermatology experience is a plus, but not required
