Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of fine home construction and renovation projects
Managing project schedules and budgets
Coordinating with clients, architects, and designers
Supervising site inspections
Ensuring adherence to high-quality standards
Streamlining expediting and logistical processes to ensure timely project completion
Resolve any project challenges
Ensure performance aligns with ARCHWRIGHT's reputation for excellence
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Project Management, including oversight of budgets, schedules, and performance metrics
Experience with Expediting and acting as an Expeditor, including obtaining necessary permits and ensuring timely project approvals
Proficiency in Inspection and understanding of construction quality standards to ensure compliance and accuracy
Strong background in Logistics Management to coordinate resources, timelines, and client communications effectively
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and teams on-site
Preferred
Experience in high-end residential construction is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
