Qualification
Required
Proficient in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interviewing
Experience in building relationships with hiring managers and coordinating recruitment processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills for job advertising and candidate interactions
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment-related technology
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively
Understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Previous experience in the automotive or performance vehicle industry is a plus
