Responsibilities
Assist the Data Collector by taking building photographs and capturing measurements using a LiDAR scanner
Accurately enter and update data into CIDARE systems and client appraisal platforms
Follow established processes and demonstrate a strong ability to follow instructions
Communicate professionally with property owners and municipal assessors, providing excellent customer service
Maintain high attention to detail when documenting building characteristics
Collaborate with operations and customer support teams to refine processes and develop tools that improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Authorized to work in the U.S
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting building plans
Comfortable using web-based tools and tablets
Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
Good customer service skills with a professional, friendly attitude
Preferred
Experience in real estate appraisal, assessments, construction, building maintenance, insurance adjusting, or real estate sales
Interest in real estate or construction
