Qualification
Required
Proficiency in analyzing and developing process workflows, and implementing improvements based on performance metrics
Strong skills in technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments to optimize operations
Knowledge of manufacturing best practices, safety protocols, and quality assurance methods
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills
Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
Preferred
Experience with relevant engineering software and tools is preferred
Prior experience as a Process Engineer, preferably in the automotive manufacturing or logistics field, is advantageous
