Career Collective is currently seeking to fill a Licensed Civil Engineer position. The role involves creating engineering plans for land development and managing projects while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Meeting with clients to understand their needs and goals for the project

Conducting site analyses to identify physical, social, and ecological constraints and opportunities

Developing conceptual and detailed design plans using Civil3D and other design apps

Collaborating with other design professionals, to ensure that all aspects of the project are coordinated

Coordinating with contractors and other construction professionals to ensure that plans are implemented correctly and on schedule

Participating in meetings with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to present designs and address questions and concerns

Managing budgets and schedules for projects

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members

To be successful in this role, the licensed professional should have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. They should also have a good understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and zoning regulations
