They are seeking a Retail Brand Experience Associate to maintain the integrity of the retail space, engage with customers through digital sales activities, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

Work with the management team to maintain the integrity of the space. (i.e., cleaning, moving, and receiving inventory)

Assist with planning and executing events & community programs

Assist with suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service

Ability to lift 150 lbs. and be on your feet all day

Engage in daily digital sales activities, including conducting sales through chats, phones, and virtual appointments

Follow up with customers through the CRM platform and ensure a wholesome experience by being a resource to them

Assist the team with managing the daily workload of responding to customer emails

Maintain the highest level of product knowledge and expertise; stay up-to-date with all products and procedures

Work with the team and individually to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and OKRs

Bring a customer-centered approach to executing on sales goals

Record and relay recurring customer feedback and insights to internal teams such as tech, marketing, design, and product in order to constantly improve the customer experience

Accept and implement coaching and feedback to achieve individual and team performance goals

Assist guests and provide an exceptional customer experience unlike any other in our industry!
