Responsibilities

Actively enforces safety rules and guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment

Develop and implement effective training programs for direct reports

Communicate expectations, assignments, and responsibilities clearly and professionally

Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements

Work to ensure people and resources are applied in an efficient and effective manner to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards

Must enforce the company’s policies and procedures

Engage interest and participation of others and creates a collaborative approach to working together

Ensure that the escalation procedure is properly followed, informing of any actual or forecasted issues that may affect production goals, quality levels, and delivery dates

Ensure all recordkeeping is completed appropriately and on time

Perform First Part Inspection for multiple processes

Undertake continuous training and development
