Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to help support customer relationship
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and our e-commerce platform
Process, track and resolve customer orders and inquiries using Infor M3
Contribute ideas and solutions that support continuous improvement

Required

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Prior experience in a customer service role and/or with Infor M3 is a plus
