2+ years expChick-fil-A Glenwood Place is looking for an energetic and dependable PM Front of House (FOH) Shift Lead to help oversee their guest-facing operations. The Shift Lead will ensure excellent guest experiences, lead a team positively, and maintain smooth operations during shifts.

Responsibilities
Lead FOH team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Deliver and model exceptional guest service with speed, accuracy, and hospitality
Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
Communicate effectively with BOH and Drive-Thru teams for seamless service
Support opening or closing responsibilities as scheduled
Monitor guest satisfaction, dining room cleanliness, and service quality
Qualification
Required
Friday and Saturday availability required
Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in food service or retail
Ability to open the restaurant (for AM shift leads)
Must have full availability for one of these shifts: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
