Conduct training for new staff
Offer guidance to the teller team to maintain service excellence
Qualification
Required
Strong cash handling, transaction processing, and financial accuracy skills
Supervisory and leadership abilities, including experience managing teams and providing training
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to assist members and resolve concerns effectively
Knowledge of credit union operations, compliance, and policies
Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills
Proficiency in computer systems and financial software applications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus
Previous banking or credit union experience is highly desirable
