Direct Company Financial Planning: Spearhead strategic financial planning initiatives to drive profitability and growth. Collaborate with senior management to develop effective financial strategies that align with our organizational goals

Budget Management: Oversee the development and management of budgets across various departments. Ensure budgets are adhered to and analyze any deviations to provide actionable insights

Oversee Accounting Department: Lead and mentor our accounting team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting principles and regulations

Direct Month-End Closings: Coordinate month-end closing processes to produce accurate and timely financial reports. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement

Direct Financial Audits: Manage financial audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and resolve any audit-related queries. Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting regulations
