Responsibilities
Installing and configuring hardware
Running and terminating cabling
Setting up network infrastructure
Performing routine maintenance
Document and provide progress updates on open projects
Perform data migrations
Email and VoIP set-ups
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network problems remotely when possible
Documentation of completed and in progress work
Qualification
Required
Experience installing and configuring security camera systems (IP cameras, NVRs)
Proficiency running, terminating, and testing CAT5/6 cabling
Familiarity with VoIP phone systems and network infrastructure
Experience with data migrations, email setup (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), and user onboarding
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
Basic networking experience (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working directly with clients
Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks
