Provides clinical pharmacy review of oncology/related medication therapy regimens for accuracy of dosing to ensure optimal safe and cost effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with specialty physicians and research teams

Qualification

Oncology Board CertificationNew Jersey Pharmacy LicenseDoctorate DegreeHospital Pharmacy ExperiencePGY-1

Required

3-5 years required
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience)
Doctorate Degree Required
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months)

Preferred

PGY1 preferred or BCOP (or equivalent clinically relevant oncology experience)
PGY-1 (or clinically relevant experience) preferred
Oncology Board Certification (or eligible within 2 years)
