Equity Partner, Channel Partnerships - Venture Capital and Private Equity
Advantary Capital Partners is scaling its partner ecosystem and seeking an Equity Partner, Channel Partnerships to lead channel partner strategy and drive measurable partner-sourced revenue. The role involves managing existing relationships, recruiting new partners, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance performance and partner experience.

Responsibilities
Set the channel motion, partner tiers, operating cadence, and KPIs, and drive partner-sourced pipeline and closed revenue
Re-engage current partners, sharpen positioning, create clear asks, and convert introductions into qualified opportunities and closes
Identify, evaluate, and sign new partners (advisors, consultants, boutique firms, fractional executives, bankers, and ecosystem leaders), and ramp them with a clean enablement package
Partner playbooks, deal registration, attribution, CRM workflow, partner communications, and reporting
Run partner QBRs, lead briefings and webinars, and serve as the trusted point of contact for senior partners
Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion, improve partner experience, and strengthen delivery handoffs
Qualification
Required
10+ years leading partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or business development in professional services or another services industry
Demonstrated track record of building and scaling a channel that reliably produces qualified opportunities and closed revenue
Senior executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong operating discipline, including CRM fluency, forecasting, and KPI-driven execution
High integrity, fast follow-through, and a relationship-first mindset
