Responsibilities
Drive the full lifecycle of multiple IT projects, from initial planning through execution and delivery
Build and maintain structured project frameworks, including work breakdowns, risk/issue tracking, and dependency management
Act as the hub of communication between infrastructure, shared services, and other internal groups
Keep teams accountable by following up on commitments, escalating blockers, and maintaining project momentum
Deliver polished status reports, executive briefings, and dashboards that distill technical progress into actionable insights
Apply Agile practices when appropriate—leading sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming, and other rituals to improve team delivery
Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen reporting
Qualification
Required
5-8+ years of IT project management experience, ideally within infrastructure or shared services environments
Strong knowledge of project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Rally, MS Project, or Confluence
Proven success in leading without formal authority and bringing stakeholders into alignment
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives at once
Excellent written and verbal communication, with a background in preparing senior-level and executive reporting
Preferred
Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus, though not required
