Own the full AR cycle: customer invoicing, aging, and collections
Manage project-based billing (deposits, progress, final invoices)
Work in Excel and Quickbooks
Support process improvements
Collaborate closely with a small, communicative accounting team

Required

Experience with customer invoicing and collections
Strong Excel skills
