The Senior Manager of Project Management will oversee projects from inception to execution, ensuring alignment among teams and optimizing processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules that ensure all teams are aligned, aware of important project milestones, updates to timelines, and call out potential conflicts
Lead project management of highly complex / Sr leadership level initatives
Partner with MGM leadership to identify solutions for process and resource optimization
Partner with Product Management to initiate projects in internal project software (Workfront/Groot)
Guide projects from beginning to end as the 'go-to' person on progress and status, and ensure projects are updated in Workfront as milestones are met
Lead weekly status meetings with primary teams to ensure everyone is aware of where projects are in the life cycle and the status on near-term deliverables
Call out scheduling, resource, or other issues well in advance and offer up solutions for addressing them while ensuring the team is aware of timing effects on requested changes and communicate to all impacted partners
Proactively collaborate with all teams and partners to ensure projects flow through all stages of project pipeline
Establish entrepreneurial mindset and drive projects and work with high level of autonomy

Required

7+ years of ad agency project management, professional marketing, or related experience
Experience leading a high volume of complex projects with moderate to high level of autonomy
Advanced knowledge of media, CRM and technology industries and best practices
Proficiency in establishing and maintaining relationships with partners and peers to problem solve and inspire others
Optimize projects for redundancy and establish efficiencies across business segments and campaigns
Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with heightened attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Knowledgeable of the full agency Project Management process
Experience with Work Front and/or other project management tools
Project Management Professional (PMP) Industry Certification
