Security Investigator, Southland Casino

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Surveillance Investigator to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Surveillance Investigator, you will be responsible for identifying, investigating, reporting, and mitigating security and risk threats to ensure the safety and security of the organization.

Responsibilities

Prepare timely and complete reports for incidents that may be used in internal matters, legal proceedings, or other organizational cases

Conduct investigations into security and risk-related events by gathering information, analyzing evidence, and documenting findings in detail

Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal departments to facilitate the best outcomes for the organization

Collaborate with law enforcement and court staff to support investigations and share intelligence that protects team members, guests, and organizational interests

Perform risk assessments and general liability investigations to identify vulnerabilities, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain confidentiality of all security-related information

Operate a motor vehicle when necessary

Qualification

Required

Computer skills, including e-mail, spreadsheets, database entry, and record keeping

Basic knowledge and training in investigations

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to participate in legal or administrative proceedings if needed

Hold and maintain a valid driver's license

Pass a motor vehicle record check

Pass a drug test

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
