Responsibilities
Routine Maintenance: Performing regular inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of building systems, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Repairs: Addressing repair requests from residents and promptly resolving issues related to common areas
Grounds keeping: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of common areas, including outdoor amenities such as pool
Vendor and Contractor Coordination: Coordinating with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Have previous Maintenance experience
Be professional, organized and self-motivated
Be able to work independently with little supervision
Have the ability to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 4-8 hours per day
Be able to safely bend and lift up to 50lbs
Be able to work in variable weather conditions
Possess general computer skills
Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
