Architectural Design Lead
Dant Clayton Corporation is seeking a visionary Architectural Design Lead to drive creative and technical design solutions for stadium and arena projects. This high-impact role involves leading the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation while collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment on design, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design process from conceptual development to detailed construction documentation
Develop functional, innovative design solutions aligned with client goals, building codes, and project constraints
Produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, and specifications that reflect and advance the design intent
Collaborate with clients, consultants, preconstruction, estimating, and construction teams to ensure alignment across design, budget, scope, and schedule
Present design concepts and progress updates to internal stakeholders and clients
Support business development efforts and proposal presentations as needed
Contribute to a positive team culture rooted in creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
5+ years of professional design experience, preferably with exposure to sports, entertainment, or large-scale public projects
Strong design portfolio showcasing both conceptual thinking and technical execution
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or 3D rendering software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for client engagement
Creative, collaborative, and adaptable—with the ability to lead while also being a team player
