Responsibilities
Perform diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and air-vending machines
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services on appliances to ensure optimal performance and extend their lifespan
Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information regarding the repair or maintenance process
Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs performed, parts used, and any other relevant information
Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts and tools
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working with electrical systems and appliances
Qualification
Required
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass pre-employment screening
Basic Plumbing and Electrical knowledge
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers effectively
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle and maneuver heavy appliances
Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and will frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related)
Preferred
Previous experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred
