Responsibilities
Develop and optimize full-stack applications that support complex quantitative trading strategies
Build and maintain robust, scalable systems, from front-end user interfaces to back-end infrastructure
Work closely with quants, traders, and data scientists to design and implement software solutions for algorithmic trading
Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems with a focus on speed, reliability, and performance
Collaborate in an agile environment, using modern development tools and techniques to solve real-world financial problems
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
1-4+ years experience with C++ or Java with experience in Python for full-stack development
Strong experience in building high-performance, low-latency systems (trading experience is a plus but not required)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically
A keen eye for performance and the ability to optimize complex systems for speed and efficiency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
Preferred
Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, and quantitative strategies is beneficial but not mandatory
Familiarity with cloud technologies and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
