These roles support the agency's mission by ensuring highway transportation projects are designed and built in compliance with standard specifications, contract specifications and contract plans.

Responsibilities
Ensure highway transportation projects are designed and built in compliance with standard specifications, contract specifications and contract plans
Improve the safety, quality, and capacity of the State's transportation system
Act as a lead designer, inspector, and quality auditor of highway transportation projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related field
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of highway design and construction principles
Experience with engineering software and tools
Ability to analyze and interpret engineering plans and specifications
Commitment to safety and quality in engineering practices
