Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain XSLT transformations for XML-based content
Transform content originating from PDFs and other sources into XML formats for downstream consumption
Work extensively with XML schemas and structured content models
Ensure transformed content is accurate, schema-compliant, and usable across multiple output formats
Collaborate with content architects and backend engineers to support evolving content needs
Participate in testing, debugging, and performance tuning of transformation processes
Support cloud-based workflows and pipelines, including AWS environments
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with XSLT (advanced transformations)
Strong experience working with XML, schemas, and structured content
Experience transforming XML content into multiple output formats
Backend development experience supporting content or data pipelines
Experience working in or alongside AWS environments
Ability to work independently as a senior-level contractor
Preferred
Experience working with or integrating LLM / AI-based tools into content or data workflows
Exposure to OCR-generated content or PDF-to-XML pipelines
Experience supporting CI/CD or automated content validation pipelines
