8 - Advanced proficiency in data management, including data cleansing, validation, and stewardship for large enterprise systems

8 - Proven expertise in cloud data migration, utilizing platforms such as Snowflake and Informatica PowerCenter for both on-premises and cloud environments

8 - Experience planning and executing migration of data from multiple legacy applications, handling large data volumes and diverse data sources

8 - Strong background in designing, developing, and automating ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data integration and transformation

8 - Ability to create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Cognos, and Jaspersoft

8 - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to resolve data dependencies, gaps, and technical challenges

8 - Ability to independently perform a variety of complicated tasks, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

8 - High degree of creativity and latitude in designing solutions, adapting to new technologies, and implementing innovative approaches

8 - Experience in data analysis and automation using Python and other relevant programming languages

Eligibility to Work: Vendor must ensure Resources retain the authorization to legally work in the United States throughout the term of each engagement based on the length of term period identified in the contract. Documentation of such authorizations must be provided prior to engagement

Preferred

(8+ years) in migrating and analyzing data from TxDOT legacy applications to modern platforms, including cloud-based solutions like Snowflake and Informatica PowerCenter

Advanced proficiency in data cleansing, validation, and stewardship for TxDOTCONNECT and related transportation systems, ensuring high data quality and integrity

Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and automate ETL/ELT pipelines for TxDOT enterprise data, supporting efficient integration and transformation of large, complex datasets

Expertise in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Tableau and Jaspersoft, providing actionable insights for TxDOT business decision-making

Proven track record of independently planning and executing complicated data analysis tasks for TxDOT projects, relying on experience, judgment, creativity, and a wide degree of latitude to accomplish goals
