Sales Executive

Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through in-person meetings to deal closure
Sell HCM solutions to C-suite and top executive decision-makers
Develop and present compelling business cases demonstrating how Paycom improves organizational efficiency
Efficiently schedule appointments through cold calling, phone outreach, and in-person “drop-in” visits
Serve as the first point of contact for many Paycom clients, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Paycom products and clearly articulate client benefits
Adapt sales strategies in response to objections and rejection
Continuously learn and stay current on industry trends, product updates, and legislative changes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Strong business acumen in a professional environment
Client-facing experience
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience
1–5 years of experience in a sales role or equivalent
College internship or recent postgraduate experience considered
