3RD AVE is a 360 experiential & theming fabrication company specializing in creating immersive environments. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in collaboration with design, fabrication, and logistics teams

Manage and coordinate in-house teams (design, carpentry, metalwork, painting, sculpting, and logistics) to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project specifications

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction

Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or deadlines

Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate delays, budget overruns, or technical challenges

Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all deliverables meet the company’s high standards and client requirements

Coordinate transportation, installation, and on-site logistics, ensuring timely delivery and setup of fabricated elements

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, progress reports, and post-project evaluations

Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining a solution-oriented approach
