The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close activities, and partnering closely with the Controller for leadership reporting.

Responsibilities
Maintain and update the general ledger
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform bank reconciliations
Support cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Process bi-weekly payroll for ~25 employees
Assist with month-end close activities
Prepare financial reports for leadership
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
Solid understanding of general ledger and cost accounting
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong Excel skills
Payroll and AP/AR experience
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working onsite
