Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified sales interns and field staff
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for door-to-door sales internships and field roles
Build relationships with college career centers, student organizations, and local job boards
Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and in-person outreach
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring logistics
Represent Bugs Beware at job fairs, campus events, and community hiring events
Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and refine hiring processes
Collaborate with leadership to establish Sales Incentive Rewards/Trips
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and track recruitment metrics
Qualification
Required
1+ year of recruiting, HR, or sales experience (internships count!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Preferred
Experience recruiting on college campuses is a plus
