Responsibilities
Daily recording of all customer and supplier payments
Maintaining an up-to-date Aged Creditor & Debtors report
Daily Invoice checks/amend any errors
Management of Invoice Discounting system - Uploading Daily Daybooks and completing Monthly reconciliations
Liaise with Invoice Discount team with any issues/queries that may arise
Prepare VAT returns
Manage P30 Payments
Prepare Lodgements
Monthly Financial Reporting
Sales Margins
Management Accounts (Alongside the external accountants)
Qualification
Required
Qualified Accounts Technician / Senior Bookkeeper
Experience within a growing SME and/or food manufacturing business
Strong exposure to systems, specifically SAGE and Intact
Strong communicator with a commercial outlook
Preferred
ATI qualified or equivalent
