New GradAmeriCorps is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the largest one-to-one mentoring program in the country. The role focuses on enhancing support for local agencies and increasing volunteer recruitment to address the needs of children on the waiting list.

VISTA Member will work with the Agency Growth department to as they roll out the hub model to enhance support for the 230 agencies in the Big Brother Big Sisters network
VISTAs will work with these developing teams to build their capacity to serve the local Big Brothers Big Sisters agencies throughout the United States
