Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for customers seeking assistance with or applying for digital services
Troubleshoot issues related to Online Banking, Mobile App Banking, eDeposit, Merchant Remote Deposit Capture, eStatements, and other digital platforms
Communicate effectively via various channels, including email, phone, and in person, to address customer inquiries and concerns
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital services, providing step-by-step guidance to resolve problems either over the phone or in person
Perform daily operational tasks such as reviewing reports, completing system checks, and helping maintain the accuracy and security of digital banking services
Process outgoing wire transaction requests and support customers using wire request systems
Perform digital document imaging tasks and support employees with researching and maintaining digital documents
Perform item processing tasks including internal teller capture support and transaction file processing

Required

Proven experience in a customer service role
Capacity to think critically and provide accurate information or solutions
Basic understanding of banking products, services, and transactions
Proficient in both written and verbal communication
Ability to approach customers patiently when dealing with challenging situations
Must be able to adapt to evolving technology, process changes, and new information
Willingness to work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Comfortable with using and troubleshooting banking systems. Must be able to navigate digital platforms, mobile apps, and other electronic tools efficiently. This position does not require an IT background, however, does require the ability and motivation to learn and understand how to assist customers from a technical perspective and with using technology devices
