Responsibilities
Act as the primary executive contact for senior client stakeholders, managing relationships across regions and business units to ensure consistent engagement and alignment worldwide
Develop and execute a global account strategy that leverages our full portfolio of automation, energy optimization, and sustainability solutions, aligning with the client’s long-term business goals
Drive cross-selling opportunities across process control, measurement, and digital transformation solutions to expand account value through targeted growth initiatives
Coordinate with regional sales, engineering, and service teams to deliver seamless global project execution, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all engagements
Monitor satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and ensure excellence in delivery and lifecycle services, while providing key market and industry insights to inform strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in engineering, automation, business, or a related field is required for this global account management role within industrial automation
Proven Experience: Significant experience in enterprise sales or global account management, specifically within industrial automation, control systems, or industrial digitalization. Must have a demonstrated record of success managing a major global account with significant revenue responsibility
