Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to inbound customer calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
Utilize computer systems for data entry, updating customer records, and managing information accurately
Provide detailed information about products or services, ensuring customer understanding and satisfaction
Maintain professional phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Assist with scheduling appointments or follow-up calls as needed
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes
Document customer interactions thoroughly in the database for future reference
Support administrative tasks related to customer accounts and inquiries
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the Financial, Banking, or Insurance industries
Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and CRM software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual Spanish abilities are a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Professional phone etiquette with a friendly, empathetic attitude
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
