Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing federal, state, and local tax returns for various entities
Assist in the preparation of tax projections for high-net-worth clients
Analyze and review material income, expenditure, asset, and liability accounts to determine client net worth, the best courses of action to take, and ultimately prepare applicable tax/financial reports
Prepare State Apportionment analysis
Calculate quarterly estimates, extensions, and multi-state consolidated income tax returns
Respond timely to notices from federal and state tax authorities
Prepare and file state annual reports for corporations and LLCs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of public tax experience
Accounting degree
Preferred
CPA or working towards a plus
