Responsibilities
Direct the collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to support college-wide planning
Transform raw data into meaningful reports and presentations for stakeholders to support student success and institutional growth
Coordinate and submit vital state and federal reports, including IPEDS and NSC
Lead cyclical surveys and establish annual assessment reports tied to our mission-centered priorities
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, or a closely related field
Strong knowledge of advanced statistics, research methodology, and relevant software
Outstanding ability to interpret research findings and communicate them effectively to various audiences
Preferred
Experience in a small, private, liberal arts environment
