Responsibilities

Manage, refine and continuously improve a company-wide financial planning / forecasting process

Distill financial results and analyze actual vs. budget performance to prepare insightful dashboards / reports for Leadership team + board + investors

Look around corners and perform ad hoc scenario analysis for decision making

Collaborate with company and functional leaders to analyze complex business opportunities and provide a sound financial perspective

Work closely with CFO to grow coordination between the finance team & operating functions, and make financial planning a company-wide exercise

Support the Leadership team on key strategic topics (M&A due diligence, fundraising etc.)

Path to growing and managing a broader FP&A team through hiring of direct reports

Continue developing the finance function as a center of excellence in the organization
