The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will oversee technology strategy and execution, leading software development initiatives and managing technical projects to support NYAM's mission and operations.

Oversee technology strategy and execution to support NYAM's mission and operations
Lead software development initiatives
Drive IT strategy
Define and implement architectural designs
Manage technical projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital technologies
Oversee the development of innovative products and experiences for museum visitors
Assist in setting up fundraising campaigns, crowdfunding activities, and other fundraising modalities
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Software Development and Product Development to design, create, and enhance digital solutions
Strong experience in IT Strategy and Architecture to align technology goals with strategic organizational objectives
Proven ability in Project Management to guide and oversee technical teams and ensure project delivery
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Advanced degree or extensive experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred
Experience in implementing cutting-edge technologies in user-experience-driven environments is a plus
