Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and develop an engaging monthly activity calendar to meet the needs and interest of each resident

Provide a positive and creative environment for residents to enjoy a multitude of activity options

Perform necessary assessments as it pertains to each individual resident

Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing activities in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident

Serve as the direct supervisor of the Activity Assistant(s)

Work closely with the Marketing Director in planning, organizing, and preparing special events/holiday celebrations
