Responsibilities
Architect and evolve the firm’s high-performance compute and storage platforms
Optimise Linux environments for latency-sensitive workloads
Work with trading, quant, and platform teams to deliver tailored, scalable solutions
Troubleshoot complex performance issues at every layer of the stack
Contribute to long-term platform strategy, documentation, and delivery of new infrastructure projects
Qualification
Required
7+ years working with Linux in enterprise or performance-critical environments
Deep understanding of networking protocols and tuning for low-latency systems
Familiarity with kernel bypass and Solarflare
Solid grasp of server hardware and CPU architectures
Preferred
Strong scripting and automation abilities using Python
Experience with FPGA systems
