Wire Cutter/Pipe Handler
Turtle is a leading independent electrical and industrial distributor with over 100 years of experience. As a Wire Cutter/Pipe Handler, you will be responsible for cutting wire, pulling pipe, and performing general warehouse duties while ensuring accuracy and high-quality output.

Responsibilities
Cut wire to specified lengths according to customer and production requirements
Pull and stage pipe in specified quantities
Identify different wire types to fulfill customer orders correctly
Spool various wire sizes onto reels using wire‑cutting machinery
Correctly select, measure, and cut wire to customer specifications
Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and material handling
Maintain equipment and work areas in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
Operate equipment safely and efficiently while complying with OSHA and company safety standards
Assist with inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock rotation
Perform aisle assessments and assignments
Other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count accurately, perform basic math, and write legibly
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety guidelines
Ability to multi‑task and meet tight deadlines
Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and workflow
Preferred
At least one year of warehouse experience
Experience with wire cutting
Experience with managing inventory
Forklift experience
