Establishing and securing profitable business with environmental, industrial and transportation clients
Performing strategic sales as directed by management
Developing business primarily within the environmental and transportation industry
Maintaining current relationships and target customers
Assisting with industrial sales as needed
Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers
Analyzing needs and aligning them with environmental and transportation projects
Performing sales related to transportation services typical in the environmental/industrial industry
Qualification
Required
Combination of education & work experience
Proven track record developing business primarily within either or both the environmental and transportation industry
Maintaining current relationships and target customers
Assisting with industrial sales as needed
Developing relationships with existing and prospective customers
Analyzing needs and aligning them with environmental and transportation projects
Performing sales related to transportation services typical in the environmental/industrial industry
Understanding the utilization of dump truck/dump trailer, roll off, tanker, vac tanker, flatbed trailers, roll off/sludge/vac box containers, and frac tanks for dedicated waste streams, bulk, liquid & specialty transportation services and excavation/decommissioning/land services
A good driving record
Some weekends, overtime and occasional overnight travel
Preferred
Experience with dedicated transportation contracts
Established local/regional client relationships
Prior marketing strategy experience
