Equal Parts is seeking a Product Manager, Integrations to own and productize the integration of data, systems, and people onto their platform after acquisitions. This role involves creating structured workflows and integration playbooks to ensure that newly acquired agencies are operational on the platform within 7 days of closing.

Responsibilities

The end-to-end integration product surface, defining how acquired agencies transition onto the Equal Parts platform

The 7-day integration standard, including success criteria, sequencing, and measurable readiness milestones

Productized workflows for migrating data, systems, access, and operating structure from acquired agencies

The strategy and execution of ETL and data ingestion processes, including validation, reconciliation, and exception handling

Identification and resolution paths for data gaps and operational blind spots not uncovered during diligence

Cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Finance, and Shared Services during integrations

Internal tooling, dashboards, and playbooks that make integrations repeatable, observable, and scalable

Continuous improvement of integration speed, reliability, and clarity as acquisition volume increases
