Business Development Coordinator

Responsibilities
Sales Support: Work remotely with our Director of Business Development on a daily basis to ensure customer success. Expertly learn our migration products and processes to prepare and send Service Agreements and SOWs, respond to sales emails, and follow up on quotes. Coordinate and attend prospect and client meetings. Log leads and sales in HubSpot and ClickUp databases. Write customer exit interviews and use cases
Marketing: Coordinate social media posts. Work with webmaster to update website content
Technology Stack: Expertly utilize the office productivity tools, sales, communication, and project management including HubSpot, ClickUp, Zoom, Slack, Office365, Excel, and Box.com
Remote Work Readiness: Use our communication resources to facilitate professional, proactive, and timely response and interaction with our team, clients, and partners. Attend and contribute to regular company and departmental virtual meetings and trainings. Ensure reliable connectivity to our virtual desktop environment from your personal computer (dual monitors recommended) and accurately log hours using our time-tracking software
Qualification
Required
Accountable self-starter who thrives in a flexible, remote environment
Organized, thorough, and reliable person who has a high attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively and personably, verbally and written
3-4 years of experience in sales support/administration
2 years of experience in sales or soft sales and is seeking additional mentorship
B2B, ERP, and data migration experience a bonus
HubSpot or similar CRM software
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
ClickUp or other project management software experience
Reliable availability primarily during U.S. Eastern Time Zone business hours plus some outside regular business hours availability for sales/scoping calls
