Responsibilities
Embed with customers to understand their technical and business challenges
Deploy, configure, and customise the product in live environments
Prototype rapidly using real customer data and feedback
Ship user-facing AI with strong guardrails, reliability, and UX
Troubleshoot complex issues across software, data, and infrastructure
Partner with Product and Delivery to refine workflow-driven behavior
Build reusable platform components, libraries, and prompt frameworks
Ensure successful rollouts, adoption, and long-term customer success
Qualification
Required
BS degree (Master's welcome)
Solid full stack software Development skills
Strong experience building AI-enabled software systems
Appetite for and exposure to 0→1 environments
Track record of real-world deployments with measurable impact
Familiarity with enterprise workflows and data challenge
Preferred
Experience build and ship AI-powered features
Proficiency with AI techniques — LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow automation
