Client Services Manager (Business Law Firm)
Vickers Kempf is a highly regarded business law firm in Colleyville with an excellent reputation in business law. They are seeking a Client Services Manager who will be responsible for client communication, managing office operations, and supporting attorneys with administrative tasks. The role requires exceptional client-facing communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls/emails and respond promptly, professionally, and confidently
Communicate the firm’s value and approach to prospective clients
Gather initial matter information with discretion and good judgment; identify urgency and route appropriately
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure that the client's concerns are addressed and do not fall through the cracks
Provide a professional and reassuring client experience—particularly for clients under stress
Manage day-to-day office operations: workflow coordination, supplies, vendors, facilities, and internal processes
Maintain calendars, scheduling systems, and office coordination so the practice runs smoothly
Maintain and organize records, intake notes, and task tracking
Identify and implement improvements to make our client services better and our internal operations more efficient
Provide administrative/project support to attorneys (document assembly, formatting, organizing files, coordination). You may be called on to go with attorneys to court to assist with files and exhibits
Help keep matters moving by ensuring the right materials are prepared and available on time
Qualification
Required
Exceptional client-facing communication skills (phone, email, in-person)
Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities and close loops without reminders
Ownership mindset: you see what needs to be done and you do it
Comfortable handling sensitive/confidential information
Preferred
College degree or equivalent experience is preferred. However, higher education supports but does not create high performance. If you do not have a degree but are certain you could excel at this position, we want to talk to you
Prior experience as an office manager, client services manager, intake coordinator, executive assistant, hospitality manager, real estate office manager, or similar
Experience improving processes and maintaining operational consistency in a professional environment
