Director/ExecutiveGolden State Storm LLC is the Bay Area’s professional women’s football team, competing in the Women’s National Football Conference. They are seeking a Head of Player Development & Communication to oversee player experience and ensure athletes are supported and informed to succeed on the field.

Responsibilities
Act as the "go-to" person for all player matters, handling overall concerns, questions, and feedback with professional care
Manage all player-facing communications regarding equipment transfers, travel logistics, practice/game schedules, and financial requirements
Track and maintain the correct number of players for each position throughout the season to ensure roster optimization
Ensure player statistics are recorded and analyzed; collaborate with the coaching staff to provide recommendations regarding player physical and mental health
Clearly communicate team responsibilities, codes of conduct, and community event requirements
Qualification
Required
Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple communication streams
Strong empathetic leadership and conflict-resolution skills
A passion for the growth of women's professional sports
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity
