National Executive Director
The United States Army Warrant Officers Association (USAWOA) is a non-profit Veterans Service Organization dedicated to advocating for Warrant Officers. The National Executive Director will oversee daily operations, manage organizational initiatives, and represent the association to advocate for Warrant Officers.

Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience directing teams and supervising staff
Extensive organizational and administrative abilities, including budgeting, project management, and operational oversight
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the organization and build relationships with stakeholders
Familiarity with advocacy work, knowledge of military service structures, and a passion for supporting veterans and Warrant Officers
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Ability to work on-site in Herndon, VA, and represent the association at off-site events as needed

Experience in non-profit management or organizational leadership is highly desirable
